John Cockerill appoints Eric LIN as General Manager of Cockerill Jingli Hydrogen

Eric LIN was until now the President of John Cockerill Energy Asia Pacific and board member of Cockerill Jingli Hydrogen (“CJH”), the subsidiary of John Cockerill for hydrogen activities in China. From today on, he will lead CJH as General Manager to further accelerate its development.

CJH today has a sales pipeline larger than ever and is currently rapidly scaling up its manufacturing capacity. At this turning point for the company, John Cockerill has decided to appoint Eric LIN as General Manager to lead CJH in this next important phase and reinforce its governance.

Eric LIN has been working for John Cockerill for many years and has long-time experience serving the energy industry. He is a recognized hydrogen expert with profound insights into the development of the market.

In his new mission to further accelerate the development of CJH, Eric LIN will work with and be supported by the longstanding management team and highly competent staff of CJH.

Eric holds an MBA degree from Thunderbird School of Global Management and was nominated for the 2012 Harvard Business Review Best Practice Award. He has previously served as the Asia-Pacific Chief Representative of Berkshire Hathaway’s Industrial Group, President of SPX Cooling Asia Pacific (where he won SPX Outstanding General Manager four times), and other General Manager positions.  As a business veteran, he has chaired several large-scale investment and merger projects and led his team to win major engineering projects such as with Ningmei Group, Air Liquide Group, and recently Sinopec.

This nomination is effective as from November 28th 2022.
